Academics is working with a welcoming primary school in Aldershot that is looking to appoint an SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support to pupils who require additional emotional, behavioural, and learning support within a nurturing and inclusive school environment.     As an SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them build confidence, regulate their emotions, and engage positively with learning throughout the school day.
