We are currently recruiting a resilient and compassionate SEMH Learning Mentor to join a network of supportive mainstream primary schools across Lancashire, starting right after the October half term.Our partner primary schools aim to provide each pupil with the necessary emotional, pastoral, and academic support to meet their learning needs while remaining integrated within a mainstream classroom environment. We work closely with families, SENCOs, and supporting agencies to deliver a high standard of care for every young learner.The focus across these primary settings is on early intervention, emotional regulation, and inclusive support-helping children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 overcome anxiety, behavioural hurdles, or disengagement so they can build confidence, resilience, and strong foundations for their future education.Key ResponsibilitiesTargeted Mentoring: Deliver tailored 1-to-1 and small-group mentoring sessions to support emotional regulation, social skills, and classroom access.Positive Behaviour Management: Utilise therapeutic de-escalation strategies, positive ..... full job details .....
