We are currently recruiting a resilient and compassionate SEMH Learning Mentor to join a dynamic, multi-site specialist alternative provision school across Lancashire. The school aims to provide each pupil with the necessary support, intervention, and opportunity to meet their learning, pastoral, and social needs, alongside future destinations and career aspirations. We work closely with previous schools, families, and supporting agencies to provide the highest level of care for every learner. The provision includes specialised pathways across different sites: a primary-model transition approach for Year 7, targeted KS3 and KS4 academic and vocational offers with smaller class sizes, and a pioneering Transition Pathway for KS4 students who have faced significant barriers in previous settings.
