This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils who may experience emotional dysregulation, trauma responses, anxiety, attachment needs, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or difficulties with social interaction and self-regulation.This is more than a support role - it''s a chance to be a consistent, calm and positive influence for pupils who need it most. The RoleAs an Intervention Support Practitioner, you will work closely with students on an individual and small-group basis, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and develop the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.Key Responsibilities:Deliver targeted interventions to support emotional regulation, behaviour, engagement and learningProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needsBuild strong, trusting relationships with pupils who may struggle with authority or boundariesSupport pupils to manage behaviour, emotions, and social interactions in a safe, consistent wayWork collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, therapists, and pastoral teamsImplement and follow EHCPs, Behaviour Support ..... full job details .....
