SEMH HLTA What s on Offer:Competitive Outer London Salary (HLTA scale, dependent on experience)Permanent, full-time role starting May/June36 hours per week, term-time onlyWork within a brand-new SEMH provision in a mainstream primary settingSEMH HLTA The Role:Lead and deliver small group and one-to-one SEMH interventions across the primary phaseSupport pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour strategiesWork closely with teachers to plan and adapt learning for individual needsTake responsibility for delivering planned lessons in teacher absence where appropriateContribute to behaviour support plans, EHCP targets, and pupil progress trackingSEMH HLTA Who We re Looking For:HLTA qualification or substantial experience working at HLTA levelExperience supporting children with SEMH needs in a school or similar settingExperience in PRUs, Alternative Provisions, or SEN schools is desirable but not essentialA ..... full job details .....
