SEMH Hair and Beauty Teacher

Are you trained in Hair and Beauty with a passion for education? Are you a qualified teacher with experience working with students with SEMH and SEND needs? Simply Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vocational Studies Teacher to deliver practical skills training in hair and beauty. This role is at a post-16 SEMH provision in Doncaster. This will be a permanent position and starting in September. The role will be 20 hours per week working 12:30-4:30pm Monday to Friday. This provision is for students who have been or are at risk of permanent exclusion due to their challenging behaviours and for students who require a more specialised setting than a mainstream college. About the Role:Deliver engaging and practical vocational training in hair and beauty.Develop and implement individualised learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEMH and SEND.Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and engagement.Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on instruction, ensuring students develop essential skills and knowledge.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.About You:We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEMH needs.
