Many of our students may have been out of education for some time and may experience emotional, social, or behavioural barriers to learning. We are therefore seeking nurturing tutors with a patient, flexible, and consistent approach who can build positive relationships, manage challenging behaviour effectively, and support students to overcome barriers to learning. Sessions will take place face to face, either in a community setting or at the young person''s home. Your role with us: Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition in Maths, English and Science to KS3 students. Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that address individual learning gaps and educational needs. Support students with behavioural difficulties to engage positively with learning and develop appropriate learning routines.
