SEMH English Teacher - Northampton Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a passionate and resilient English Teacher to work within a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision based in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is committed to supporting young people who may have experienced significant barriers to learning and require a more nurturing and structured environment to succeed.This role involves teaching secondary-aged pupils in smaller class settings, allowing for a more personalised and supportive approach to learning. Many students within the provision have faced challenges in mainstream education and may present with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. As such, the successful candidate will need to be patient, adaptable, and confident in building positive relationships with pupils who may need additional guidance and encouragement.As the SEMH English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and accessible English lessons tailored to individual learning needs, helping students develop both their academic abilities and confidence in the classroom.
