      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: £180 - £250 per day | Type: Full time | SEMH Class Teacher – Primary Curriculum  Specialist Setting – Birmingham  Are you an SEMH teacher with primary experience looking for a rewarding new opportunity at a local school? This role would suit a QTS teacher who has experience delivering the Primary curriculum and understands how to adapt teaching for pupils who may have experienced significant barriers to education.  A trauma-informed approach is essential. You will need to understand that behaviour is often a form of communication and be able to respond calmly, consistently and compassionately, while still maintaining clear boundaries and high expectations.
