As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviours, have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or require additional support to engage positively with education. You will play a key role in helping students develop confidence, improve behaviour, build positive relationships, and achieve their personal and educational goals. The role may involve working on a 1:1 basis or supporting small groups within schools, alternative provisions, or specialist educational settings. You will help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment while acting as a positive role model for young people who may be disengaged from education.
