This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring Psychologists, Therapists, Counsellors or Teachers to gain hands-on experience in an SEMH setting.As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students. Support students with emotional regulation, confidence and engagement. Build positive and trusting relationships with young people. Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, supportive environment. Monitor students'' wellbeing, behaviour and progress.We''re looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant who is: Compassionate, patient and resilient.
