Self Employment Adviser

We re seeking a passionate Self Employment Adviser to support individuals across Norfolk and Suffolk to start, sustain, and grow their businesses. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real impact by helping participants overcome barriers and achieve sustainable outcomes. You ll manage a caseload, providing tailored advice and practical support including business planning, tax understanding, and financial forecasting. Using coaching strategies, you will motivate participants to progress and succeed, delivering both one-to-one and group sessions. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you will maintain accurate records, meet performance targets, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You ll also support events and initiatives that promote self-employment opportunities. We re looking for a proactive, organised individual with strong self-employment knowledge, excellent communication skills, and confidence using Microsoft 365 and digital tools. In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we re offering a competitive salary range £30,000 up to £32,000 per annum.
