We have a variety of day, waking night and sleep-in shifts available, offering regular work for reliable and committed individuals. Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for young people Support the physical, emotional and behavioural needs of children in residential care Build positive relationships and encourage independence and personal development Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures Maintain accurate records and complete shift handovers Work collaboratively with permanent staff to ensure the highest standards of care Qualifications and Experience Required: Previous experience working within a children''s residential setting is essential A caring, resilient and professional approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to different homes and teams Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service preferred Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, waking nights and sleep-ins Benefits: £15.00 per hour Flexible working to suit your ..... full job details .....
