They have an immediate requirement for an experienced self-employed plumber / heating engineer until January 2027. The scheme is the 2nd phase of a larger development and once complete there will be the potential for 12 additional months of work. The site is exceptionally well managed and there is a great working environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing and heating installations across a variety of projects Complete planned maintenance and repair work Undertake fault finding and troubleshooting activities Work from drawings, plans and project specifications Ensure all work complies with current regulations and site safety requirements Collaborate with site managers, contractors and other trades Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service What We''re Looking For Previous experience as a Plumber and/or Heating Engineer Own tools and reliable transport Valid CSCS Card (minimum basic card required) Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Willingness to assist with additional site tasks when required ...
