Self-Employed Multi Trade Operative

Fraser Edwards is working in partnership with a well-established property management company to recruit a reliable and experienced Self-Employed Tradesperson. This is an ongoing contract role focused on carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across occupied and void social housing and landlord-managed properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks in both tenanted and vacant residential properties Attend scheduled appointments for reactive repairs and planned works Diagnose faults and complete works to a high standard across various trades Ensure work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and customer service expectations Core Trades Required: We are actively seeking professionals with skills and experience in one or more of the following areas: Multi-Trade Maintenance Plumbing Repairs and Installations Electrical Repairs and Minor Installations Gas/Heating System Repairs (including fault-finding and servicing) Drainage Maintenance and Unblocking Requirements: Proven experience in domestic maintenance across multiple trades Strong knowledge of working within social housing or private rented sector properties Clean UK Driving Licence Own Van and Full Set of Tools Must be comfortable working in both occupied homes and void properties Good communication and customer service skills UTR number required (CIS payment) If you re a qualified and experienced tradesperson looking ..... full job details .....
