Location: Taunton, Mid Devon, Sedgemoor and West Somerset

£750 - £850 per week| Expert training provided for additional cost - if training is not up to date | Live-in role with paid breaks

Responsibilities

As a Self Employed Live-in Care Expert, your key responsibilities will include:

Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independenceAssist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobilityManage their medication and prep their mealsTake care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errandsSupport customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved onesOffer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life careWork independently while staying connected with our dedicated care and office team for support and guidancePaid breaks and accommodation while in placementOngoing supervision and 24/7 support from our dedicated office teamOngoing trainingFlexible working patterns to match your lifestyle and preferences with both long - and short-term placements availableWeekly welfare checksIntroduction to customers facilitated by office team with added transport support from nearest train station to client upon first meeting.Requirements

A kind and caring natureProfessionalism and ConfidentialityAbility to live with customers for agreed shiftsFollow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies and ProceduresDBS on the update serviceThree professional and/or educational referencesA valid driving Licence (preferred but not essential)Have a Right to Work in the UKPrevious experience is beneficial but not necessary
