We are currently working on a number of exciting opportunities within this area and are looking to build a pipeline of talent to allow us to work quickly upon contract award. This role will deliver across one or more programmes that make up the NHS Healthier You service. These programmes include the Diabetes Prevention Programme (DPP), Type 2 Diabetes Pathway to Remission Programme (T2DR), Behavioural Support for Obesity Prescribing Programme (BSOP) and Long-Term Conditions Prevention Pilot (LTCP). As a Self-Employed Health and Wellbeing Coach, you will be responsible for the engagement and delivery of sessions in both group and/or one-to-one settings with participants. Sessions are delivered face-to-face across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, therefore flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.
