MS553 Security Warden SupervisorLocation: Holborn, LondonSalary: £40,000 per annumOverview: First Military Recruitment are currently supporting our client in the search for Security Warden Supervisor. The hours for this role are 4 on 4 off over both nights and days with 12-hour shifts,7am 7pm four days and 7pm 7am four nights.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Warden team during the assigned shift ensuring the smooth operation and adherence to security and emergency response protocols.Applications from ex-military candidates are actively encouraged, however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising and providing guidance to a team of Wardens during your designated shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the required level.Assisting with staff rotas and arranging cover when necessary. Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets. Organising work schedules and implementing deadlines.Providing the first line response when management issues arise during a shift.Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, incidents and shift reports, supervising the hand-over to the next shift.Attending team management meetings and following up actions as required.
