Security Warden

SECURITY WARDEN - NUCLEAR ENERGY 3 months initally, but will move to a long term position for the right candidate. Build a long-term career in the nuclear energy sector while playing a vital role in maintaining the security, safety and professionalism of a highly regulated site. We are looking for a professional and dependable Security Warden to join an established Security Team. You will help control site access, welcome and monitor visitors and contractors, maintain accurate security records and ensure procedures are followed at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high standards and wants to develop their career within the UK nuclear industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage visitor and guest access, accurately recording details and maintaining security logs. Check employee and contractor passes to ensure they are current and valid. Maintain accurate written records, pocket books, reports and associated documentation. Follow site security, health and safety and environmental procedures. Identify and report safety, security, technical or environmental issues. Plan and prioritise daily responsibilities to meet operational requirements. Complete relevant risk assessments and comply with site safety controls. Communicate professionally with colleagues, contractors, visitors and client representatives.
