In this role, you will be responsible for processing personnel security background checks on staff working for the organisation.
What you''ll do
- Conduct security vetting and clearance processes for employees and contractors
- Manage ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractors
- Analyse security clearance investigation reports and making recommendations to management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and procedures
- Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processes
What you''ll bring
- The successful candidate will be required to undertake UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level. Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirable
- Experience in conducting detailed administration processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Ability to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer focused service to relevant stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
