Security Systems Estimator - CCTV and Access ControlHarlow, EssexUp to £40,000 DOEPotential hybrid working and free parkingNewman Personnel is recruiting an experienced Security Systems Estimator for an established and growing specialist contractor based in Harlow.This role would suit someone with practical estimating experience gained within the electronic security, CCTV, Access Control or closely related Fire and Security sector.You will prepare accurate quotations, tenders and proposals for security-system installation projects, working closely with clients, suppliers and the company''s technical team.Key responsibilities:Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and project specificationsCompleting take-offs and preparing detailed cost breakdownsProducing quotations, tenders and project proposalsSourcing competitive supplier and subcontractor pricingIdentifying project requirements and potential commercial risksEnsuring proposals meet relevant standards and agreed profit marginsLiaising with clients, suppliers and internal technical teamsManaging several estimates and deadlines simultaneouslyKey experience:Previous estimating experience within CCTV, Access Control, electronic security or a closely related Fire and Security environmentUnderstanding of security systems and their componentsExperience interpreting construction drawings and specificationsStrong numerical, analytical and commercial skillsExcellent attention to detailConfident communication with clients, suppliers ..... full job details .....
