Location: UK Wide (Field-Based)
Salary: £37,000 – £41,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Systems Engineer with strong hands-on experience in installation of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and perimeter security systems.

This is a UK-wide field-based role working across commercial and high-security environments, delivering installation work across a range of integrated electronic security systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong practical installation experience and be confident working independently on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, and perimeter security systems
• Fault diagnosis and repair of installed systems
• Planned preventative maintenance across multiple sites
• Basic testing and commissioning support where required
• Completion of engineering reports and site documentation
• Managing van stock, tools, and equipment
• Liaising with clients and site representatives
• Supporting system handover and demonstrations
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to specification
• Accurate reporting and data entry via company systems

Requirements

• Strong experience in installation of electronic security systems
• Experience with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, or perimeter systems
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in client-facing environments
• Basic IT literacy for reporting and documentation
