As a Field Service Engineer, you\''ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex CCTV, access control, and perimeter detection systems across the M4 corridor. This includes both planned and reactive maintenance, with occasional overnight stays (approximately four times per year). You\''ll work as part of a remote engineering team, supported by experienced colleagues and a responsive helpdesk.Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair analogue/digital CCTV, access control, and perimeter detection systemsSupport managed control rooms and multi-site systemsComplete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasksMaintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the helpdeskRepresent the company professionally on-siteSkills and Experience

Essential:

Strong knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, and access control systemsExperience with IP systems, RAID recording, and video matrix systemsConfident in on-site diagnostics and repairsExcellent communication and customer service skillsDesirable experience with:

PID systems, Galaxy alarms, Cortech GUI, CEM Access Control, Synergy, First-line gate/barrier repairsPerks and Benefits
