Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor role is to take responsibility for setting the standard and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will have the direct line of responsibility for the team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain standards of performance, discipline and welfare for the team in accordance with company polices. Ability to focus on best practice, the Team Leader will use their creative approach and personality to influence at all levels, leading the team to meet demanding targets and deadlines. Supporting the Security Manager in the continuous review and implementation of security management best practice into the team. Knowledge, understanding and experience of the principles, processes and outcomes of working with Quality Assurance systems. To manage excellent relationships with our clients, our suppliers and other partners. To be computer literate. To have excellent leadership and motivational skills. Be able to work unsupervised and take responsibility. Have the ability to remain calm under pressure. To support the Security Manager in recruitment, development and training of staff. To provide security solutions to meet and exceed needs and contribute to the safety of our customers, retailers, staff and property.
