This is a field-based role, offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of modern security technologies. The Role:- As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending both pre-planned and reactive callouts, ensuring the effective maintenance and repair of security systems across residential and commercial sites.- Diagnose and resolve faults across security systems, restoring functionality efficiently.- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on intruder alarms, CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems.- Respond to emergency callouts and pre-arranged service visits.- Monitor alarm activations and investigate issues, taking appropriate action.- Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements.- Provide technical support to customers both remotely and on-site.- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company procedures.- Requirements : Proven experience w...
