The Role
As a field-based Security Service Engineer, you''ll cover Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites. You''ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a wide range of electronic security systems, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and system reliability.
You''ll play a key role in maintaining long-term customer relationships by delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused service.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair a range of electronic security systems.
- Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Respond to reactive service calls in line with customer requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.
- Complete all service reports and documentation accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed to current industry standards and company procedures.
About You
We''re looking for an engineer who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.
Ideally, you''ll have:
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining electronic security systems.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
