We design, install, and maintain critical systems including fire alarms, suppression systems, and security controls across sectors such as healthcare, education, housing, and commercial properties.About the RoleThe purpose of the Security Service Engineer - Social Housing role is to install, maintain, and repair physical security systems to ensure they operate reliably. These engineers protect lives and property by keeping critical infrastructure-such as intruder alarms, CCTV, access controls, and fire systems-fully operational and compliant with industry standards.What You''ll Be DoingServicing of planned maintenance, Reactive and Remedial Calls across the customer base in line with the current British Standards and current legislation.Effectively communicate with the customer and the details of their Service / Fault/ Remedial visit advising of the outcome and any additional works requiredWork closely with the admin team to make sure jobs are attended to and any further visits/actions are communicated correctlyCertifying that all works comply with regulatory and insurance requirements (e.g., NSI or SSAIB standards)What We''re Looking ForProven experience within Security industryExtensive Intruder system knowledge (Galaxy, Menvier, Pyronix)Door entry and Access ..... full job details .....
