The Role

As a field-based Security Service & Installation Engineer, you''ll cover the Oxford area and surrounding counties, working across a variety of commercial sites. No two days are the same, with a mix of installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on a range of electronic security systems.

You''ll play a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship while building lasting relationships with customers through your professionalism and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain a range of electronic security systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.
• Complete all work to the highest industry and compliance standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

About You

We''re looking for someone who is passionate about their work and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Ideally, you''ll have:

• Experience servicing and installing electronic security systems.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
