Essential.* Strong security experience and understanding of security concepts and considerations from a platform engineering perspective, experience deploying and maturing log pipelines (FluentBit, OTel, Grafana, and then potentially SIEM sinks). Heavily desired.* Network security experience (mostly from a SecOps perspective where they understand how to perform effective security monitoring on hardware network appliances).
