You''ll be managing a multi-million-pound security (Guarding) portfolio, responsible for overseeing operations and nurturing strong client relationships. Focussing on providing a high-end customer service experience adapting to clients bespoke requirements and delivering on KPI s. Key responsibilities: Central contact for Operations and client liaison. Provide high-end security service. Maximise the performance of the team through positive and effective leadership, combined with support and coaching. Strategy implementation. Process Improvement Compliance/Audit Ensure all company and legislative Health and Safety requirements are achieved. Achieve and improve financial targets. Commercial responsibility, budget setting, KPI setting and management. Essential qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confident communicator with senior management and at board level. An ability to innovate and delegate to implementation. Commercial acumen with budgeting and Profit and Loss skills and experience.
