Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced-Security Operations Officer-to lead the day-to-day delivery of security operations at a flagship shopping centre in the East Midlands. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all visitors, tenants, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a strong operational leader with proven experience managing large teams, delivering high standards of security, and supporting strategic and business continuity objectives.
