Security Operations Manager The Security Operations Manager (SOM) has overall responsibility for the security operation in place and is therefore responsible for all the operational requirements of the security services in line with the clients aims and objectives, management, and customer expectations. The SOM is responsible for the strategic development of the security operation in line with best practice.
