Assist in the management of the security contract at the client’s premises and direct liaison with the security manager and supervisorsManage the day-to-day running of the building. Provide a high standard of service delivery. Liaise with all tenants and manage their requests, escalating as required to the onsite client, maintenance service provider, clients helpdesk and other service providersProvide full reports to the security manager and supervisors on maintenance and security-related issues, managing and closing these outManage the access control system including the fire alarm and other plant equipment. Produce new access cards for tenants daily, ensuring correct access levelsComply with general data protection regulations (GDPR), as outlined in the assignment instructionsEnsure assignment instructions are updated and adhered to at all times by security personnelComply with company health and safety proceduresMaintain a high standard of communication and good working relationships with all other security officersCarry out all other duties in a professional and diligent mannerEnsure each site handover is done with all checks completed and messages includedCandidate specification
Must be able to cope with high-pressure situations working within tight time lines (Essential)Excellent timekeeping and attendance is criticalSecurity personnel must have the basic job training qualification or equivalent experienceMust hold a valid SIA licence (DS Preferred)A valid First Aid At Work certificate is preferred (Not essential)Carry and be capable of using all security equipment necessary to efficiently perform the duties required of a professional Security OfficerJoin Our Team
