Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Dedicated Relief Security Officer to join the G4S team, working for a well known-site in Birmingham. Contract Information: Pay Rate: £13.53 for the Lodge Officer, and £14.22 if covering the Weighbridge Hours: 42 hours per week Shift Pattern: Covering days, nights, and weekends - 12-hour shifts SIA Licence: Door Supervisor Applicants must have a valid SIA license and a Full UK Manual Driving Licence to be considered for this role. Your Time at Work As a Dedicated Relief Security Officer, you will be ensuring the safety of our customers'' staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. Your duties will include: - Reception duties - Greeting staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the site - Conducting searches when required - Patrolling of the premises - both inside and outside (undertake patrols on foot and by vehicle) - Dealing with any security incidents on site and completing relevant incident report forms Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times.
