Increasingly recognised for creating some of the worlds most sought-after properties, the Group provides legendary service inspired by Asian heritage whilst representing the very cutting-edge of luxury experiences.One Hyde Park is Londons most iconic address: designed by pre-eminent architect Richard Rogers, the development of 85 apartments and three exclusive boutiques within four pavilions is known to be the most luxurious address in London.Serviced by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, One Hyde Park is one of 22 residences under the group and offers the same luxurious, kind and generous service to the residents as Mandarin Oriental offers their guests.As Security Officer, you will be responsible for:Be knowledgeable of FLHSS (Fire, Life, Health, Safety, and Security) related rules and regulations pertaining to One Hyde Park Residences and all shared areas with the Management CompanyBe proficient in obtaining witness statements, writing incident reports via software providedRecord all relevant incidents in the Occurrence Book.Comply with the Code of Practice for Security Staff.To be trained in First Aid emergency techniques and fire safety.Respond directly to all activations of access and panic alarms.Conduct daily hazard patrols, communicating findings to relevant Associates for action in compliance to One Hyde Park particular Risk Assessment strategiesConduct regular patrols of the Complex while rotating through guard stations.As a Recreation Assistant, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.You will bethe first point of contact for our VVIP Residents.To be a successful Security Officer candidate, you will have:Proficiency in EnglishAbility to be on your feet for extended periods of timePrior experience with Security softwareFlexibility to work any day of the week including bank holidays.
