Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to work for a public sector organisation in Wakefield. The role is working full time, on a 4 on, 4 off basis, initially for 6 months, with the right candidate starting ASAP.

The main duties will reverberate around ensuring the security of staff, visitors, car parks and general property. This will involve:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Responding efficiently and appropriately to incidents.
• Undergoing regular patrols of-the site.
• Reporting and recording incidents, following a defined process.
• Monitoring surveillance systems.
• Providing-excellent customer service to members of the public and colleagues.
• Answering general queries/questions.

The-ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously. However, if you have excellent customer service skills and a valid SIA licence, then do not hesitate to apply by using the online facility available.
