Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and driving a welcoming atmosphere.Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, coaching, and conduct performance reviews.Resource Management: Oversee team scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.Compliance and Safety: Ensure operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards, including maintaining and reviewing the Park Security Plan, Security Risk Assessments and Instructions.Problem Solving: Quickly resolve operational issues to ensure smooth day-to-day running.Training and Development: Support team development through ongoing training, mentoring, and growth opportunities.Requirements

Proven experience in a Security Management role, preferably in a holiday park, resort, or customer service environment.Valid SIA Door Supervisors (DS) License.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of security protocols, procedures and health and safety regulations.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Experience in budgeting and financial management.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.What We Offer
