Security Guard - Student Accommodation Hostel

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to join our team at a busy student accommodation hostel in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors, while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the building

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances

• Maintain accurate incident reports and logs

• Provide assistance to residents and visitors when required

• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Security Licence (required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Previous experience in security or a similar role is preferred

• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends
