      <description>Location: City | Salary: 37000.00-37000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | OverviewThe role of Security Engineer sits within Enterprise Services. The employee will be involved in the installation and commissioning of a range of security systems. The Security Engineer will have a strong understanding of a range of security products and the underpinning theory as to how they operate. This would include CCTV, Access Control, Intercom and how they may connect into other systems. A good understanding of IP networking and how it relates to IP based security systems is also required. As part of this role the engineer must also be a capable structured cabling installer as they may be involved in installing the network infrastructure the security system sits on or aid in the installation of structured cabling systems in other areas of the business as the need arises.
