Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across a range of security equipment. Attend residential and commercial sites across London. Complete work efficiently, ensuring systems are operating correctly and safely. Communicate professionally with customers, providing updates and explaining any faults or remedial work required. Manage your own workload, take ownership of jobs and ensure work is completed to a high standard. Work independently in the field while supporting the wider engineering team.
