Microsoft Teams Trainer - 3 months - Hybrid - South East - £300 per day - Outside IR35We are seeking an experienced and security-cleared Microsoft Teams Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programmes for end users, technical teams, and stakeholders across Microsoft Teams and the wider M365 platform. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-friendly training.The role involves delivering classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training while supporting organisational adoption, digital transformation, and secure use of Microsoft cloud technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining DeliveryDeliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person.Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.Adapt training materials for different skill levels and audiences.Conduct train-the-trainer sessions where required.Assess learner progress and provide feedback.Content DevelopmentCreate and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and E-learning content.Develop role-based learning pathways.Update course content to reflect Microsoft 365 feature releases and organisational requirements.Produce user adoption and awareness materials.Microsoft 365 TechnologiesDeliver training and support adoption across:Microsoft TeamsUnified CommsSharePoint OnlineOneDrive for BusinessExchange OnlineMicrosoft OutlookMicrosoft Copilot for Microsoft ..... full job details .....
