The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-friendly training.The role involves delivering classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training while supporting organisational adoption, digital transformation, and secure use of Microsoft cloud technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining DeliveryDeliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person.Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.Adapt training materials for different skill levels and audiences.Conduct train-the-trainer sessions where required.Assess learner progress and provide feedback.Content DevelopmentCreate and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and E-learning content.Develop role-based learning pathways.Update course content to reflect Microsoft 365 feature release...
