M365 Trainer - 3 months - Hybrid - South East - £300 per day - IR35 status to be confirmedWe are seeking an experienced and security-cleared Microsoft 365 Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programmes for end users, technical teams, and stakeholders across Microsoft 365 technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-friendly training.The role involves delivering classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training while supporting organisational adoption, digital transformation, and secure use of Microsoft cloud technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining DeliveryDeliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person.Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.Adapt training materials for different skill levels and audiences.Conduct train-the-trainer sessions where required.Assess learner progress and provide feedback.Content DevelopmentCreate and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and E-learning content.Develop role-based learning pathways.Update course content to reflect Microsoft 365 feature releases and organisational requirements.Produce user adoption and awareness materials.Microsoft 365 TechnologiesDeliver training and support adoption across:Microsoft TeamsSharePoint OnlineOneDrive for BusinessExchange OnlineMicrosoft OutlookMicrosoft Copilot for Microsoft 365Microsoft FormsPromote ..... full job details .....
