Working across the campus, you will help ensure a safe and secure environment while providing support to students, including young and vulnerable learners. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. Monitor and patrol campus buildings and grounds. Respond effectively to incidents, safeguarding concerns and emergency situations. Operate CCTV systems and complete incident reports as required. Support students with pastoral issues, welfare concerns and behavioural matters. Liaise with safeguarding, student services and curriculum teams when appropriate. Ensure compliance with site security procedures and health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service and act as a professional ambassador for the organisation.
