Security and Fire Engineer

We''re looking for a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Installation and Service Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations, servicing, and fault finding across a wide range of electronic fire and security systems. As a Security and Fire Engineer, you will be responsible for: Install, commission and maintain CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Alarm systems, and Fire Alarm systems. Diagnose and rectify faults on fire and security systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance. Attend reactive breakdowns and emergency call-outs. Install and service Fire Extinguishers as required. Install, configure and maintain Public Address (PA), Voice Alarm and Lockdown Systems as required. Assist with Emergency Lighting testing and associated life safety systems as required. Support the installation of integrated security solutions including networked and IP-based systems. Complete commissioning documentation, service reports, risk assessments and all associated paperwork accurately and on time. Liaise professionally with customers, providing technical advice and excellent customer service. Participate in the company''s out-of-hours on-call rota. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company policies at all times. The ideal candidate will be: Minimum of 5 years'' experience within the Fire and Security industry.
