What we do. This particular role is at our Bakkavor Meals site in Park Royal - West London. Split across 3 factories and 1 distribution centre. The factories make chilled ready meals, houmous dips, deli products and savoury accompaniments and employs over 2,000 people. About the role. To develop and implement a sector SHE strategy, aligned to the Group SHE strategy, in partnership with the sector leadership team. Act as a specialist adviser to the sector leadership and SHE teams to ensure that each business unit has a robust SHE plan to achieve compliance with all relevant SHE legislation and Group SHE standards.
