This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme, supporting the successful delivery of concrete paving and airfield works. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Supervise concrete paving and laying operations, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Review drawings, specifications, and method statements. Ensure compliance with QA procedures and ITP requirements. Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
