JOB SUMMARY To effectively manage the Civil Engineering Teams providing leadership and strategic direction in the delivery of Structural Engineering team Flood Management and Geotechnical services in order to protect, develop, enhance and promote the Borough''s Highway Structures, Watercourses and Infrastructure, for the benefit of residents and visitors, and to support the environmental, economic and cultural development of the Borough. ACCOUNTABILITIES To provide leadership and strategic direction in the management of Civil Engineering services To provide management of the following areas of work:- Identification and mitigation of areas of Flood Risk.
