SECTION LEADER - PRODUCTION Job Title: Section Leader - Production Location: Salary: £32,240 - £34,944 Shift: Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:30 Job Role of the Section Leader - Production A fantastic opportunity for a strong Section Leader to join a growing business has come to the forefront. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Production professional who is looking to take ownership of a dedicated production area and play a key role in delivering the production plan. You will be responsible for overseeing the production process within your area, ensuring products are manufactured safely and to the required quality and food safety specifications. This is a hands-on and physical role, including lifting bags and ingredients of up to 25kg, as well as operating and monitoring production machinery. You will also supervise a small team, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, hygiene and process control. Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Section Leader - Production Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or food production environment. Hands-on experience operating production machinery and working to a production plan. Experience supervising or leading production staff. Requirements for the Section Leader - Production Experience completing production paperwork, batch records, recipe checks and label controls.
