Section Head

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, Whessoe Engineering, for a Section Head Process / Process Safety / Instrumentation / Electrical to join their engineering delivery team based in Darlington. This position is responsible for providing technical leadership and line management to a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant and cost-effective design solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and line management to a team of approximately seven engineers Coordinate engineering resources across both project delivery and tender activities Ensure designs are delivered in line with time, cost and quality expectations Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and legislative requirements Collaborate with project management and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical challenges Support business development activities, including client engagement and technical discussions Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and standards Mentor, coach and manage team performance Requirements Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional qualification Demonstrable experience within process or ..... full job details .....
